Fees for reports submitted for Toxic Release Inventory are scheduled to be sent out at the beginning of July and payments are due August 30th, unless your invoice states otherwise. Toxic Release reports are due July 1st of each year and the fee are assessed to all reports filed. If you have questions, please contact the SERC office.
